Tight prints don't get held by intuition. They get held by datums, probing, and a calibrated inspection plan documented before the first chip flies.

Our QMS is built to AS9100D and ISO 13485 process requirements right now — documented, calibrated, and operating. Formal certification is on the schedule below. Quality-manual, calibration, and FAI-sample availability is confirmed through the supplier-qualification and audit scope.
Controlled-document workflow, revision tracking, calibration log, training records, and corrective-action procedure all running today.
✓ COMPLETE
Process-level internal audits run against AS9100D / ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 requirement clauses, with non-conformance closure tracking.
✓ IN PROGRESS
Documentation review by accredited registrar — AS9100D + ISO 9001:2015. Registrar engagement and audit timing are planned; dates are not yet scheduled.
PLANNED
On-site implementation audit and certificate issuance. AS9100D + ISO 9001:2015. ISO 13485 follows for medical work.
PLANNED
Inspection floor
Every gage in the lab is calibrated on a controlled interval and traceable to NIST. Calibration records are open to buyer audit on request.
Sub-micron measurement with temperature compensation. Flexible probing for complex geometry and tapered features.
Image-dimension measurement system — high-throughput dimensional checks on small/medium parts.
Optical comparator for profile, threads, and 2D feature verification.
Digital height gage for repeatable Z-axis measurement at the machine.
In-machine work + tool probing on UMC and VF-4SS — catches drift between operations.
Ra / Rz verification for medical and aerospace surface-finish callouts.
Gage blocks, micrometers, calipers, indicators — calibrated and traceable to NIST.
Rockwell hardness and positive-material-ID through accredited sub-tier when required.
Inspection plan
Before we cut, an engineer reviews GD&T, picks the datum scheme, and writes the inspection plan.
Applicable design characteristics are verified with methods suited to the governing requirements. AS9102-format documentation and supporting records are scoped by quote.
Probing on critical features mid-run, sampled CMM at planned intervals, and inspection frequency defined by the drawing, customer, and quality plan. 100% verification is available when required.
Documentation that ships with the part
Every order ships with the appropriate combination of these documents based on industry and your quality flow-down. Redacted samples available on request.

Request the manualApproved sub-tier processing
For heat treat, NDT, plating, anodize, passivation, and coating, we partner with accredited sub-tier shops. Their process certs flow with your shipment, so you have one supplier of record — us — with documented chain-of-custody for every special process.
Sub-tier accreditations we flow down: NADCAP heat treat · NADCAP NDT · ISO 17025 calibration · AS9100 plating & coating · MIL-STD finishes (MIL-DTL-5541, MIL-A-8625, AMS-2700).
Aging, solution, stress relief on PH stainless and titanium. NADCAP-accredited partner.
Liquid penetrant, magnetic particle, ultrasonic. NADCAP-accredited partner.
Type II / III anodize, MIL-DTL-5541 chem film, hard coat. AS9100 partner.
Nickel, gold, silver, electroless — for aerospace and electronics.
AMS-2700 / ASTM A967 stainless passivation. Medical and aerospace.
ISO/IEC 17025-accredited lab, NIST-traceable. Annual gage cycle.
Open audit policy
Supplier qualification audits are welcome by arrangement. After the audit scope and any NDA or controlled-data needs are confirmed, we identify the applicable quality manual, calibration, training, and process records available for advance review.
Quality FAQ
We are not yet certified. We operate to a quality system aligned with these standards today — controlled documents, validated processes, calibration tracking, FAI, traceability, and audit-ready job history — and our certification roadmap is published on this page. Quality-manual and calibration-record access is confirmed from the supplier-qualification and audit scope.
Yes — registered with the U.S. State Department's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC). Registration details are provided during qualified supplier review for controlled-data work.
Yes — on-site supplier audits are welcome by arrangement. Submit the audit scope and requested records through the supplier-qualification page so both teams can prepare.
AS9102C-format documentation can be quoted for aerospace work; customer-format FAI can be quoted for other programs. The characteristic map, CMM data, other inspection results, material/process/test evidence, forms, and review path are confirmed from the released requirements.
