Ramsey, Minnesota · Precision CNC Machine Shop

A Minnesota CNC machine shop — not a broker or marketplace.

Procut-CNC operates its core machining and inspection equipment in Ramsey. Buyers work with the shop team that reviews the drawing, plans the process, machines the parts, and closes the quoted quality requirements.

What we do

Built for low-mix, mid-volume precision work.

5-axis, 3-axis, Swiss, and CNC turning support prototypes, repeat-production releases, and FAA-PMA replacement-part programs. Material families include aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, nickel alloys, copper alloys, and engineering plastics.

The best fit is work where geometry, controlled critical features, inspection, documentation, or repeat releases matter to the sourcing decision. Actual process fit and documentation scope are confirmed from the drawing, quality requirements, quantity, and schedule.

What you can count on

How we work.

01

Engineering review

A person reviews every RFQ. When a feature or requirement is driving cost, the response can separate the released baseline from a priced DFM alternative.

02

Response target

For a complete package, we target an engineering-reviewed response within one business day. Quote timing is confirmed from process, material, inspection, outside processing, and capacity.

03

Controlled scope

In-machine probing and quoted CMM, FAI, traceability, and documentation scope support the requirements stated on the drawing, quality plan, and PO.
